VINTERSPORT24 ambition is to always provide excellent service to our customers, and to make you feel safe when you shop with us, we work for the following terms of sale.   

SALES: 
All sales are cash, by credit card, invoice or cash on delivery.

Billing shall be allowed in, by us approved credit. 
To split the payment will shortly be offered to private individuals. 

Order made by another person's name without his consent, or otherwise imply that we are suffering financial or other harm to the police. To shop in our online store, you must be over 18 years. If you are under 18, you must have parental approval. 

To ensure safety when you shop with cards for Vintersport24 sent all the information encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that information is sent via a secure connection that allows no unauthorized person can see your card details and they are handled in a very safe manner. 

Vintersport24 cooperate with an authorized payment intermediaries (Auriga, www.auriga.se) which verifies that the card is valid for purchases directly to your bank. Your credit card information is processed according to the International Security Standard PCI DSS, as card companies Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and JCB are behind. 

CHANGE RIGHT / WARRANTY: 
Right to exchange within 14 days, but not on the discounted, some electronics ¹ / some clothes, custom or hijacked goods. Return shipping paid by the customer. We apply a return fee of 30% in the following cases: 
- When changing after 14 days 
- On receipt / invoice is missing 
- If original packaging is damaged / missing 
- On special ordered items. 

Most products have 2 year warranty, conditions According to the consumer. Please contact us within 14 days if an error is detected. The invoice / receipt is the "warranty card".

 

SHIPPING: 
Sweden:
To cover the cost of shipping and handling charged: 
99 kr for packages 0-10 kg * 
149 SEK for packet 10-20 kg volume weight * 
280 SEK for packet 20-50 kg volume weight *  over 50kg 8 SEK / kg 

* NOTE: - Mail volume calculates all packages, that means bulkier items can be in a higher weight class, such as snowmobile cushions, skis, etc. For credit card payment will be charged. 

EXPORTS OUTSIDE SWEDEN: 
Payment must be made in advance by credit card type VISA or advance payment bank. On delivery service fee including shipping: 

Self-retrival - Vintersport24 delivers, through DB Schenker, the product to the DB Schenker- agent closest to the adress that you have stated above. When the goods are delivered you get a message saying where you can retrieve the package.

Residents within European Union: 27,05 EUR
Resident outside European Union, including Norway: 40,94 EUR, excluding VAT

 

VAT & Customs (only affecting residents outside the European Union, including Norway):
Customers residing outside the European Union may suffer from VAT and custom duties when goods cross the national customs. Vintersport24 is not liable for these charges. Vintersport24 pays customer fees but NOT custom duties and VAT. DB Schenker will charge the customer the cost imposed by the national custom. This cost must be paid in order for the customer to retrieve their goods.  

 

DELIVERY: 
In Sweden 2 to 7 days and outside Sweden 5 to 15 days before the package arrives. If other delivery - let us know when ordering. 

Package search: 
Goods sent by parcel post can be found. Send email to kontakt@vintersport24.se or call +46705-870232 for the parcel number. 

Statutory right of withdrawal 
When you purchase any product at a distance (for example via internet, phone, letter and fax) for distance and doorstep selling law. By law, you as a consumer may cancel your order for no particular reason within 14 days from the date you received the item / s.

VINTERSPORT24 Guarantee 
Unless otherwise stated, we leave the two-year warranty on our articles. 
In order to facilitate for you the consumer so we take responsibility for the article to work during the warranty period we leave. Our warranty does not affect your rights as a consumer under consumer purchasing. 

The warranty covers materials and workmanship that arise during the warranty period. Cash Receipt, dispatch note or other valid proof of purchase must be presented / included with the warranty claim. 

The warranty does not apply to articles of consumable nature such as rechargeable batteries, compact fluorescent lamps and fluorescent tubes or for failures caused by products not managed or farmed in accordance with the instructions, subjected to abnormal usage or neglect, exposure to electrical surges from such lightning or rebuilt or modified. 

Return: 
Contact us before any return. We can then add a return order which gives a quick handling. Return shipping buyer pays. Always contact us for best handling. 

Customer number / personal information 
In our customer database, we store the name, address, phone. The data used for its own and sometimes to other company's marketing. You can always turn down offers. We are grateful for an indication of change of address, phone, etc.

Customer Service 
We are available by phone between 8:00 to 18:00 (Central European Time) Monday through Friday. Our company is in Sweden, therefore keep in mind that calling from an other country might be extremely expensive. We respond to all e-mails within 48 h, why that might be a better way to communicate with us.
